If remote doesnt work, you must return it as soon as possible. Otherwise, you have a 90. day warranty from purchase date. As long as remote doesn't drop on the floor or water. If battery doesn't seem to function properly or need a replacement, yu can stop by our store and one of our representatives will replace it.
If you'd like to exchange the item or claim warranty you must bring a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be asked for it. If purchased cant be proved, warranty can't be claimed.
